- $10.00 per adult per night over max
- $5.00 per child per night over max
- 2 night weekend minimum
- 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
- Advance deposit of $200 is required to guarantee reservations for full week. One night deposit is required for daily rentals. Cash, Money Order, Visa and Mastercard accepted. Reservations made prior to 7 days of arrival must be paid by credit card. Credit card number requested at check in.
- Cancellation of reservation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date to receive deposit refund less a $25 service fee. Reservation cancellations received less than 30 days prior to date of arrival receive a refund less a $25 service fee if we are able to rent the cottage.
