Three night minimum on Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends

2 Night minimum for the balance of the year

Advance deposit of $200 is required to guarantee reservation for full week. One night deposit is required for daily rentals. Cash, money order, Visa & Mastercard accepted. Reservations made prior to 7 days of arrival must be paid by credit card. Credit card number requested at check-in.

Cancellation of reservation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date to receive deposit refund less a $25 service fee. Reservation cancellations received less than 30 days prior to date of arrival will receive a refund less a $25 service fee if we are able to rent the cottage.

All fees subject to sales tax.
